New Free Dining Offer For Fall, 2017 - Available Many Nights 8/21/17 - 12/23/17, Book by July 7th, 2017

Hi everyone!

The Free Dining Offer at Walt Disney World is back, with many nights included this fall. Book a non-discounted Walt Disney World Magic Your Way Package and you get a dining plan included with this package, while supplies last. It is a little different this year than previous years, with the Moderate resorts receiving the Quick Service Dining Plan. Read below for more information! We recommend MEI Mouse Fan Travel for booking, it costs nothing to do so and they can recommend restaurants and assist with dining reservations once booked with them. October isn't included, that is a really busy time for resorts and the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is at its peak.

Book early for the best chance at booking the resort and package you want! I used to be a travel agent and remember it didn't take long until certain resorts sold out of the packages.

Disney's Grand Floridian Easter Egg Display 2017 Includes "Zootopia", "Big Hero 6", "Born in China" Themes

Hi everyone!

Disney's Grand Floridian Resort is offering up its chocolate Easter egg display for the 6th year in a row. We've posted about these since the beginning, and the display grows every year (in part due to some of past eggs displayed along with new ones). I didn't photograph all of them yesterday, I mostly stuck with new eggs - the Zootopia egg is especially detailed with so many characters! There has been a discrepancy over whether the eggs would be displayed through April 19th or 29th, Disney has stated the 29th online and that makes more sense since they didn't go up until about the 11th. But we'll see. If you get a chance to see this display, it is worth the visit. Each egg stands 16-20 inches and weighs 9-12 pounds! The pastry team is so talented.

The Polite Pig Signage Installed at Disney Springs; "Modern BBQ" Restaurant Opening this Spring

Hi everyone!

The Polite Pig is the newest restaurant arriving soon to Disney Springs, serving "Modern BBQ and Taps". A sister restaurant to the very popular The Ravenous Pig in Winter Park , most of the signage on the restaurant still says they arrive in spring, though one sign nails down April as the scheduled opening month. Permanent signage has been added in the past few days, here is a look at it from both sides.

Review: Royal Tea Garden Tour During Epcot Flower & Garden Festival is Worthy Addition to Free Tour (with Tea & Scones Included in $15.00 Price)

Hi everyone!

Epcot's United Kingdom pavilion has offered free English Tea Garden tours for years during the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. While that is still the case, there is now a new offering. For $15.00, guests can book a Royal Tea Garden Tour, which includes a similar but extended tour, with the addition of a full cup of tea and two scones. Guests can also shop in the Tea Caddy before it opens to the public. Right now, the tour can only be booked ahead of time by calling 1-407-WDW-TOUR. I am not sure if that will change. It felt like there was still some fluidity in the tour process, including the time that guests need to arrive by. Only about 15 guests can participate in the paid version each day, which begins and ends before World Showcase officially opens. While our group did not comprise 15 guests, I think that will happen as word gets out on the tour. The official start time is 9:30 a.m. (more info on that below), with just one Royal Tea Garden Tour per day.
