Tervis Tumblers on the Disney Cruise Line: So Many Designs to Choose From

Last year, we were sent a Disney Tervis tumber to review. I had never heard of the company and wasn’t expecting to be as impressed with it as I was. I’ve been wanting to add to another Tervis tumbler or two since then, and we found 6 different Disney Cruise Line tumblers while on the Disney Magic last week! Two came home with us, but I took photos of all 6.

* Note June 22nd, 2015: There are several Tervis Disney Cruise Line mugs currently available at Disneystore.com! And there are many Disney Tervis mugs at Tervis.com. We have collected quite a few since this article! And we’ve cruised since this article, where different mugs have been available.

The prices for Tervis on the Disney Cruise Line range from $20 – $25 depending on style and size. We really wanted a large tumbler, but we didn’t like the 2014 design on the largest tumbler. We picked up the Castaway Cay and Disney Magic tumblers. Most of the tumblers have wraps, but the Disney Magic cup has a patch inside. We were on the Disney Dream cruise in February, and there wasn’t this much Tervis merchandise available at the time. Tervis can be found at Walt Disney World as well, but not in such high concentration. Some resorts carry specific Tervis mugs, and I may have seen them in the park occasionally too. And these all have lids. Our tumbler sent from Tervis last year didn’t, and I really needed tumblers with lids.

Tervis tumblers are much better than other cups we’ve been given or purchased, I like being able to put the lid in the dishwasher with the tumbler. Tervis is BPA free, though the don’t tout it as loudly as some companies. The tumblers are made in America. I’d never thought I’d pay $20 for a cup, but they will last much longer than other cups we have. And we love the designs! Several friends said that they collect the Disney Cruise Line Tervis tumblers. Designs can change at any time.
