Rivers of Light and Nighttime Experiences Delayed at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park Until at Least May

Hi everyone!

The Disney Parks Blog announced today that Rivers of Light show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park will not perform on its original opening date of April 22nd, 2016 (Earth Day). Neither will the new nighttime offerings that include the Nighttime Safaris begin that day. It wasn’t a total surprise, as park hours for Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park had not yet been updated to include the evening yet and we were less than 3 weeks out.

There has been no date announced except that Disney will update online somewhere between mid-to-late May. So the new offerings might not start in May, there is no way to know right now.
