Seven Dwarfs Mine Train Photo and Video Update – January 9, 2014 in the Magic Kingdom

Hi everyone!

We were at the Magic Kingdom yesterday to celebrate Jeff’s birthday. In the evening, we noticed the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train cycling around the tracks with weights inside. We stopped to take some photos and video to share!

The big news yesterday besides the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train was that the “Let the Memories Begin” sign is finally gone from the front of the Magic Kingdom. I liked the sign in 2011, but it was up well beyond the promotion. It is nice to see Mickey’s face without the sign again!

Here are photos and video from the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train yesterday. Trains #1 and #3 were out on the tracks. The only date I’ve seen for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train opening is “spring”. We are asked often when the New Fantasyland roller coaster will open, and I wish I had more information! The latest Disney Parks Blog article about the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train only mentioned 2014.
