Disney Park and Resort Photo Updates

3/28 Epcot, Magic Kingdom Photo Update

Hi everyone!

I was sick for the first half of the week, but spent much of the past few days at the parks and Downtown Disney.  It’s hard to keep up with everything going on now! In addition to this photo report, I also have Ridemakerz and more at Downtown Disney.

We spent parts of 2 days at Epcot before heading to the Magic Kingdom (at the end of the article).

Trees have been added to the front of the park, as well as more along the walkways and heading into World Showcase:

Gothic American Mickey and Minnie now have what appears to be a small silo behind them:

We saw Starship with Mickey Thomas for the Epcot Food and Wine Festival and were very happy they are back!  Some of the band met with fans after the show – and the band does have some hardcore fans who attend the performances.

This is a sign I’ve not seen before, near the monorail station with information on hours and more:

We were right back at Epcot the next day, for the Art in the Garden event as part of the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival.  Even stepping off the bus, the flowers looked great:

Art in the Garden includes vendors as well as artists painting around World Showcase. I really like the sculptures here for sale, they remind me of the former sculpture garden:

Other vendors sold items like paintings and the artist who made the small pixie houses that currently are in Pixie Hollow was selling her work:

The placement of the artists this year seemed awkward – either they were on a sidwalk area or they were further back into a country where you’d not easily see them.  Previously I’ve taken photos of the artists actually in the gardens, so I missed seeing that this year:

The tarp is gone from the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station, but it doesn’t look like the work is done yet:

In Fantasyland, the wall around the tree is gone – as is the tree, and anything else that was around it.  The area is now very open:

I’m still working on a Downtown Disney update including Ridemakerz, and then it will be a few more days until my next one.
