8/26/10 Team Disney and Epcot Photo Update – Food and Wine Festival, Mouse Gear, More

We'd already done an Epcot photo update late last week, so I wasn't sure we'd find anything new when we went back to spend some time with family yesterday.  There actually was quite a bit, including the first work on Mouse Gear's lengthy rehab (a complete reworking of the store) and the first signs of the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival (that link is to my 2007 photo report).

We first stopped by the Team Disney building (I needed to use the ATM).  I'd heard that the beautiful reflecting pool was to be drained a few weeks back, and you can see it's completely gone:

An Epcot shirt that is discounted, there are several styles right now that apparently are being discontinued.  We picked up a retro shirt for $8.00 after our premium passholder discount (it was $9.99 before).

 

 

The Fant-A-Sea was out in the World Showcase lagoon – it's used for private functions, VIP's, etc.:
