6/2/11 Star Wars Weekends 2011, Week 2 – Jedi Mickey, Motorcade and More!

Hi everyone!

We've already put up photos and video from Star Wars Weekends 1, I scaled back to only 120 images for the second weekend!  We have such a great time covering this event.  And for those who don't know, Star Wars Celebration VI will be back in Orlando again next year, I have photos from Star Wars Celebration V here!

We were in time to get a spot on Hollywood Boulevard for the motorcade – about an hour early, which is needed now since part of the parade route has been removed (the motorcade now stops at the Sorcerer Hat stage instead of Star Tours).  This is my personal favorite spot to take photos from, seeing the doors open for the characters and celebrity cars. The 501st took it's place in the motorcade as it does every year.  We have full video of the motorcade!
