Mousesteps Weekly #110 is up. In Mousesteps Weekly #110, we talk about:
The Four Seasons Orlando Resort at Walt Disney World Resort. We were given a preview of this new resort, which officially opens on August 3rd. We sample some food items; check out the gorgeous chandelier that represents fireworks (and is over 1200 pounds!), and take a look at the Oasis adult pool and more.
We stopped at the Rainforest Cafe at Disney’s Animal Kingdom to try out their version of Tonga Toast. It is very different than at Disney’s Polynesian Resort! We did enjoy our meal, and highly recommend the Landry’s Select card.
We haven’t been to Disney’s Animal Kingdom park in quite some time, and we enjoyed a pretty full day there. We used Fastpass+ for Festival of the Lion King, Expedition Everest and the Kilimanjaro Safaris. There is a lot of construction going on around the park right now, not just at Avatar. We talk a little about Harambe Nights, which is sold out for the rest of its run.
Disney’s Polynesian Resort is undergoing many changes right now. The Nanea Volcano Pool and Barefoot Snack Bar were just about to close for renovations (they are now closed since we were there).
We talked with Jeffrey Epstein of Disney D23 about upcoming events such as Fanniversary and Destination D: Rewind! We are looking forward to both of these events.
