Epcot New Years Eve 2008 and Nova Era at Downtown Disney

Hi everyone –

I went to Epcot for New Years Eve, though I left around 9:00pm (too much techno-loud music for me), and went to Downtown Disney.  I didn’t know what I’d find, but I was happy to discover Nova Era there!   It was the New Years Eve entertainment I was really wanting.

Hats and horns were available at EPCOT.

Extra bathrooms were set up (but the ex-Millenium Village was available with no line anytime I stopped by):

The tip boards went down some during the day into evening, though the lines were never short for major rides while I was there:

Arriving at Downtown Disney:

I wasn’t finding much of interest until I saw Nova Era there.   I hadn’t realized they were playing at Downtown Disney for New Years Eve (and some other dates in December as well).  For anyone who doesn’t know who they are, the band played at Epcot a number of years ago.
