Busch Gardens Announces New Ice Show – Iceploration

My first visit to Busch Gardens was in the 1970's. We visited Orlando yearly for Walt Disney World, and Busch Gardens was usually a day trip during those visits. My family moved to Florida in 1984, and I often had yearly passes to Busch Gardens. Now I'm a Platinum Passholder for all the parks, and am thrilled to be heading back to Busch Gardens on a regular basis!

We had a couple of hours to explore Busch Gardens after the annoucement (which included a half hour wait for Cheetah Hunt), I really think the park has never looked better!

We found a a Mold-A-Rama machine while walking – Jeff hasn't been to the park in many years, and soon found out that there were 8 machines! Jeff made 4 of them, we are saving the other 4 for future trips. Busch Gardens has had Mold-A-Rama as long as I can remember, it's only $3.00 and a wonderful and unique souvenir!

The kangaroos were nearly all asleep at Walkabout Way.  It was only a half hour from feeding time, but we weren't able to stay this visit:

Busch Gardens has always had great animal encounters, and we stopped by this area to watch the birds and owl:

We have never been to Howl-O-Scream, but have heard great things about it! There is a Howl-O-Scream Shop of Horrors store set up at the front of the park with merchandise and props:

This is my first entry for Busch Gardens, but I expect to have many more in the future! We are looking forward to Iceploration.
