Meg Crofton was escorted by Mickey Mouse to the stage, where she gave a short talk about the Magic Kingdom. “We’ve grown by leaps and bounds since then,” said Crofton. “But the fact remains that this place, as it appeared on October 1, 1971 was the last great vision of one of the world’s greatest dreamers.”
There was someone in the crowd with a monopod and camera high in the air right in front of my view of the podium, so I took the opportunity to take photos of the various characters on stage.
