Tomorrow is the first day of the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival! I've already had two preview days, and I can't wait to see it finished! Today I wanted to talk about a special John Carter ticket offer from Disney Movie Rewards. If you are planning to go anyway, you can add to your DVD/Blu-ray library and get a free ticket to the film!
We just went over 7 million views on our YouTube channel – I am really proud of that, I started it as a small cross-promotional tool and it's grown so quickly over the past year. We are planning for this month to be our first million view month!
We had the opportunity to see John Carter at Disney's Hollywood Studios a few days back. While I chose not to do a review, I did enjoy it enough to see it again. While adding a code into Disney Movie Rewards yesterday, I found that they have another ticket offer! We have done these several times, adding DVDs and Blu Rays to our collection to get free movie tickets (it's a win-win!) One of my favorite offers was seeing The Muppets free after buying 2 DVD's (the DVD's cost less than the movie ticket did).
There are two different John Carter offers – one is for a $12.00 ticket, one is for an $8.00 ticket. That information is from the Disney Movie Rewards website, as Amazon isn't differentiating. Here are some of the movies included in the offer, and the fine print from DMR at the very end.
And "The Art of John Carter" just came out! We have a number of Disney "Art of" books and always learn a lot. I recently picked up "The Art of Pixar" for Jeff.
