Four Seasons Resort Orlando Shares Guacamole and Jalapeno Margarita Recipes

Hi everyone!
The Four Seasons Resort Orlando shared their guacamole recipe yesterday on National Guacamole Day. The Plancha guacamole is my very favorite and I look forward to trying the recipe at home! Plancha at Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club Orlando serves this guac with toasted naan chips – it pairs perfectly.  The Four Seasons also shared Plancha’s Jalapeno Margarita recipe, which goes really nicely with the guacamole.  Plancha’s freshly made guacamole is $8 on the Happy Hour Menu from 3-6 Tuesday through Saturday, and the margarita is $7.  For $15 that is a very nice duo! Read below for both recipes.
Jalapeno Margarita 
  • 1.5oz Jose Cuervo Reposado 
  • .50oz Combier Liquer
  • .75oz Lime Juice 
  • .50oz Jalapeno Agave Syrup 
  • 3 Jalapeno Slices 
  • Splash Orange Juice 

Shake all ingredients & Strain into Rocks Glass  

Garnish with a Lime Wheel Twist & Jalapeno Shavings


Guacamole recipe 
3 Ounce, Weight avocado  
1 Ounce, Weight tomato, small dice  
1 Ounce, Weight cilantro, chopped  
1 Ounce, Weight jalapeno, small dice  
1 Ounce, Weight bell red pepper, small dice  
1 Ounce, Weight red onion, small dice  
1 Ounce, Weight extra virgin olive oil  
1 Ounce, Weight lime juice  

1. Clean the skin and seed of avocado and cut in small pieces.
2. Mix well with all ingredients until created a smooth consistency. 
3. Garnish with micro cilantro and oil
