Book Review: “It’s a Small World” Little Golden Book Will Delight Young Disney Fans

Hi everyone!

I had purchased the “it’s a small world” Little Golden Book as a gift last month just after it released and I thought I’d review it. There are other Disney park attraction Little Golden Books also coming out this year  – Haunted Mansion and Jungle Cruise. What I like about the “it’s a small world” book is that the attraction is like the Disneyland version with Disney characters added. Young Disney fans will be delighted to see 24 pages of this classic attraction!

The way the book starts out is “One day, my friends and I decided to travel the world. We hopped in boat and saw amazing things!” And then the travel starts, with Tower Bridge and Big Ben; the Eiffel Tower; ancient ruins in Greece and more.

Disney characters that can be seen along the way include Alice in Wonderland, White Rabbit, Peter Pan, Ariel, Jasmine and Aladdin. And you could easily miss Dory, Nemo, Flounder and Crush swimming in the EAC. The rainforest makes an appearance with the alligator and his umbrella. Lilo and Stitch ride a surfboard in Hawaii.

it’s a small world” is a very cute book for preschoolers and there will be adult Disney fans who enjoy it too – the small book is 24 pages.

From the publisher:

Travel our small world the Disney way in this beautifully illustrated Little Golden Book! From the Eiffel Tower to the Egyptian Pyramids and the Taj Mahal, readers can experience Disney Parks’ famous “it’s a small world” attraction like never before in this storybook. Perfect for Disney and Little Golden Book fans of all ages, this book will be available for the attraction’s 55th anniversary in 2021!
