Mousesteps Weekly Show #431: We Talk About Our Disneyland Paris 30th Anniversary Experience From March 2022

H everyone!

We talk about our Disneyland Paris 30th Anniversary experience in Mousesteps Weekly show #431! The topics include the show “Dream… and Shine Brighter!”; the new drone preshow “Disney D-Light”; the Gardens of Wonder along with Disney characters and more. This won’t be our only show covering Disneyland Paris and the 30th Anniversary, we have much more to share in the coming weeks! Read below the video for more information, along with links to more of our 30th Anniversary videos and articles.

In Mousesteps Weekly #431, we talk about the 30th Anniversary of Disneyland Paris from our experience during the kickoff! We were there for a nearly two-week trip including a last-minute invite for the media event over the first weekend.

We start off with a look at some of the Disney characters we experienced in their 30th Anniversary costumes, including Mickey, Minnie (and Minnie again later in her Stella McCartney pantsuit).

The Gardens of Wonder features 10 gorgeous gardens with a total of 30 statues that spin. This addition to the 30th Anniversary gives a kinectic feel to Central Plaza and features Baymax, Toy Story Aliens, Snow White, Cinderella, Cheshire Cat and many more characters in abstract form.

We spent 2 nights at the Newport Bay Club as part of the media event, and we take a look at our room.

“Dream….and Shine Brighter!” is a vibrant, fun show that features over 30 performers and Disney characters. The show plays in Central Plaza but also offers a cavalcade that runs up and down Main Street U.S.A. We give some tips on viewing it and talk about what to expect. Characters include Mickey, Minnie, Nick and Judy, Chip and Dale and many more.

We also take talk about the amazing Disney D-Light drone preshow that runs nightly; merchandise and about some of the treats. We will have much more about Disneyland Paris 30 in future shows!

Recorded 03/20/22 Featuring Commentary from Denise Preskitt and Jeff Lange.
