Brasserie Rosalie Construction Photos from April 3rd, 2023 at Disneyland Paris

Hi everyone!

The former Café Mickey is continuing its transformation to Brasserie Rosalie at Disneyland Paris. Brasserie Rosalie will be located across from Earl of Sandwich at Disneyland Paris, and is scheduled to open later this year. Brasserie Rosalie will offer both table service and a counter with French bakery-inspired options including pastries, sandwiches and salads.

Work continues on this side of the restaurant, which will offer expanded terraces looking over Lake Disney. As someone who enjoys Earl of Sandwich in part for the outdoor seating, I look forward to sitting outside here.

Brasserie Rosalie will feature 500 seats with interiors inspired by Parisian brasseries.
