Les Mystères du Nautilus to Reopen July 1st, 2023 at Disneyland Paris After Lengthy Refurbishment

Hi everyone!

Les Mystères du Nautilus is scheduled to reopen on July 1st, 2023 at Disneyland Paris after a lengthy refurbishment. The attraction in Discoveryland will have been closed a couple of years and the return has been long anticipated. We last were inside Les Mystères du Nautilus in 2021 when the attraction was used as a distant character greeting location.

Disneyland Paris calls the refurbishment a “complete subsea overhaul”, with one of its effects being updated (the discovery of the seabed in Captain Nemo’s Grand Salon).

Another attraction, Les Mystères du Nautilus, which enables guests to walk through the famous submarine, will reopen this summer at Discoveryland after a complete subsea overhaul, involving numerous sets and accessories and the improvement of the lighting and sound system. And one of its most spectacular effects has been updated: the discovery of the seabed in Captain Nemo’s Grand Salon!

Here is the description from the Disneyland Paris website about Les Mystères du Nautilus:

Les Mystères du Nautilus: A Guided Tour 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea

Dive into the imagination of Jules Verne and board Captain Nemo’s historic submarine. As you wander the corridors you’ll discover some seafaring secrets. But don’t let the calm waters of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea fool you, as danger lurks beneath the murky surface.
