Moana to Meet Guests at EPCOT Near Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana

Disney announced today during Destination D23 that Moana will have a dedicated meet and greet location near Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana when the walk-through water attraction officially opens on October 16th, 2023 at EPCOT.  Disney has shared a Moana photo as well as concept art.

At Destination D23 2023, it was announced that Moana will arrive in World Nature on Oct. 16, 2023, and make her first appearance in her own dedicated space near Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana in EPCOT in Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. (Mariah Wild, Disney)

And here is our video tour of Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana at sunset and at night. We were invited to a Cast Member preview by friends and there are a variety of other previews (including Passholder previews) happening before the opening date.

Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana is especially magical at night! And it will be nice to have Moana meeting near the attraction as well when it opens on October 16th, 2023.
