Disney’s Grand Floridian Easter Egg Display Will Return March 18th, 2025

The always impressive Disney’s Grand Floridian Easter Egg Display will return from March 18th through April 20th, 2025, ending on Easter Day. The eggs are displayed in the lobby (and you can just follow your nose for the scent of chocolate).

We’ve been posting about Disney’s Grand Floridian Easter Egg Display since it debuted in 2012. Talented Cast Members create stunning Easter egg designs. Below are just a few of them from the 2024 Grand Floridian Easter Egg Display.

We were told last year by Pastry Chef Ally Rogers that the Cast Member who designed this Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway egg always use lights in her eggs. Mary Rose also created a Main Street Electrical Parade egg that returned to the display last year.

The film ‘Onward’ is the inspiration for this egg, which features Ian and Barley with their dad (just his pants). The eggs through the years have been usually 16-20 inches tall.

This egg depicts Al’s Toy Barn by Cast Member Justine. The card says, “This is my third egg and I’ve always done a book theme. I started with a cookbook, then a children’s book, and now a Toy Story”.

This ‘Beauty and the Beast” egg rotated so guests could see all the sides. Chef Ally told us, “The story behind this egg is that the Beast is protecting the rose. The Cast member wanted guests to see the full 360, which is why it is spinning. “He’s protecting his memories that are painted on the back”.
