Mickey and Minnie in Holiday Costumes Greet Guests Distanced With Other Disney Characters – Magic Kingdom 2020

Hi everyone!

The holiday season kicked off yesterday at Walt Disney World*! We spent the day in the Magic Kingdom. There are festive cavalcades, decorations and characters in holiday costumes. If you have visited Walt Disney World since it reopened, the way entertainment is handled will be familiar – that includes characters from the cavalcade featuring Mickey and Minnie greeting in a distanced way from the Main Street Train Station. You can find them there near park opening and at sporadic times during the day and into the evening. Here is a look the characters who you will find there!

*  Taste of Epcot International Festival of the Holidays begins on November 27th, 2020

Here is our video and then photos!

Mickey and Minnie are front and center, in their holiday best.

At Halloween, the costumes sometimes changed for Mickey and Minnie but I don’t know if that will happen for Christmas.

Peter Pan is near Wendy, Mary Poppins and Bert.

Peter Pan smiles at guests.

He blows a kiss to someone below.

Wendy does as well.

Mary Poppins looks towards Peter and Wendy.

Bert was harder to see from my original angle, but he is on the other side.

Pluto also is part of the group.

Peter and Wendy pretend to look through telescopes.

Mickey looks down at the crowd.

And then shows a heart.

Minnie poses for photos.

On the other side of the train station, Mad Hatter stands with a performer in what is usually a costume for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

Gepetto is part of the grouping as well.

Alice waves to guests below.

The Mad Hatter pretended to drink tea.

Not only do Mickey & friends greet up here, but the princesses (in holiday/winter costumes) do as well. There is always something going on around the Magic Kingdom for the holiday season! The holidays run through December 30th, 2020.
