Hi everyone!

Anna and Elsa from Frozen made their first Walt Disney World appearance today in preparation for their Epcot meet & greet! The sisters were were tucked away in a corner outside at the Magic of Disney Animation building in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and soon will be inside The Puffin’s Roost at Norway in Epcot’s World Showcase.

It has been a busy character week, with Talking Mickey at the Magic Kingdom yesterday and Anna and Elsa today!

Anna and Elsa started their meet & greet sets at 11 a.m. today. The meets aren’t scheduled, so there is no way to know when they will be here – or for how long. Before new characters begin greeting guests in a permanent location, they often show up elsewhere (like at Epcot’s International Gateway) for a limited time. What is unsual is to have a themed backdrop for it! They already seem to have a following, just as Rapunzel and Flynn Rider did when they debuted before Tangled opened.

The sisters both have braids, with Elsa’s accentuated by snowflakes.

Anna has an “A” on the back of each boot. And look at Elsa’s shoe!

Anna and Elsa talked about Olaf, Kristoff and Sven. Keep scrolling for our video! We also have videos of the concept art at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and of our interview with Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel and Josh Gad about Frozen.

A guest gave Anna and Elsa plush dolls of Olaf the snowman!

Anna and Elsa are scheduled to start greeting guests at Epcot in the beginning of November, and stay at their Puffin’s Roost location through January 4th.

Here is our video of Anna and Elsa:

Are you excited to meet Anna and Elsa? We will visit their new location in Epcot as soon as it opens! Frozen bows in theaters on November 27, 2013.
The Frozen Soundtrack was just announced and is available for pre-order, as is The Art of Frozen book!
About the film:
Fearless optimist Anna (voice of Kristen Bell) sets off on an epic journey—teaming up with rugged mountain man Kristoff (voice of Jonathan Groff) and his loyal reindeer Sven—to find her sister Elsa (voice of Idina Menzel), whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter. Encountering Everest-like conditions, mystical trolls and a hilarious snowman named Olaf (voice of Josh Gad), Anna and Kristoff battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom.
