11/29 T-Rex, Rix, Epcot updates

This is a fairly short update – I was going to try to get to the Contemporary yesterday, but I have family staying there this weekend (so I'll be over there tomorrow anyway).  I plan to get some Toy Story Mania photos also, maybe some night pics if I have time.   I'll be doing more Christmas photos next weekend (over the 8th).

The T-Rex signs now say "fall" (the last time I was there, it said summer).   There isn't too much done at this point, it looks about the same as last time.

 

 

 

Rix at the Coronado Springs Resort is close to opening.  I didn't hear any construction going on, and I spoke with the manager again.  He expects it to open within 10 days.  I'll be there next weekend, I hope it's open by then!

 

 

I was going to take pics of the Osborne Lights last night, but I knew someone who was going to be in the tree lighting ceremony, so I stuck around Epcot.  The show is not worth waiting for, IMHO (unless you know someone in it!)    The last time I was there for the lighting, I waited much further back – which was terrific.  I saw the Lights of Winter better, and it wasn't as crowded.
