We spent several hours at the Magic Kingdom, taking photos and video of the new Mickey meet-and-greet at the Town Square Theater. It's fantastic! My only problem with it is there are so many wonderful touches in Mickey's backstage room, and rarely will be there much time for any guest to look at them.
We met Mickey 4 times – and were very fortunate to go during the parade on the 4th visit, when no one else was there. We asked if we could take photos and video of some of the props (since we already had our pictures with Mickey and Minnie) and we ended up with a lengthy tour by Mickey and Minnie themselves! We actually said "thank you" to leave several times, but the time in the room ended up being much longer than expected. There are so many wonderful Disney tributes, and I'm glad we were able to get most of them. We have a 12 minute video here!
New information – Minnie is NOT always with Mickey, and his outfit may change soon.
There are fully detailed pics (i.e. – "spoilers") – throughout!

Entering into the lobby, you can see "1901" as a tribute to Walt Disney – as well as the two queue lines that bring you to either see Mickey or the princesses:
