9/30 Christmas Castle Dream Lights Testing – Magic Kingdom

Hi everyone!

We had an absolutely fantastic time tonight at the Haunted Mansion Trick-or-Meet Up! I'll post an article tomorrow, but I wanted to share a couple of Castle Dream Lights photos from tonight.

We were finished for the evening and heading towards the buses behind Splash Mountain when some friends noticed the Castle Dream Lights testing. I took photos of Cinderella Castle from a distance yesterday, and had no clue to the extent the lights were already draped! We have a video of it from tonight as well!

The Castle Dream Lights will be part of the Christmas/seasonal celebration starting in November. It is one of my favorite parts of Christmas at Walt Disney World!  I've posted photos of the lights on Mousesteps since they debuted in 2007, here is my article from the first showing last year and from opening year!

And one more quick photo, the Haunted Mansion was beautifully lit tonight!

Come back later today for a story on the event. Disney really outdid itself, though each of the three tweet-ups we've been to have been fantastic.  And we are only one more day until the 40th event, expect the usual plethora of photos (and Jeff's great video) of the full day!
