“The Lone Ranger” Red Carpet Brings Out the Stars, Including Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer at Disney California Adventure
We were invited to cover The Lone Ranger red carpet at Disney California Adventure on Saturday, June 22nd. Stars from the film, including Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer, greeted the media and guests who lined up to see them. Other celebrities were also on hand! Jeff and I were unable to attend on short notice, but we had one of our Disneyland area reporters on hand for the event.
The following photos include a mix of our photos and official press pictures. Jeff and I are actually heading to see The Lone Ranger in just a few hours! The behind-the-scenes featurettes we’ve seen have had us hopeful for a fun film, and we’ll post a review next week. Photos without a Disney copyright notice are taken by our photographer.
Tickets for guests to the premiere cost $1000 and benefitted the American Indian College Fund. Nearly 3000 guests lined up along the 1500 foot carpet! The Lone Ranger opens on July 3rd, 2013.
