Mousesteps Weekly #140 Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort; Be Our Guest Restaurant Breakfast; Magic Kingdom Plaza West Fireworks Viewing; Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort Easter Egg Display

Hi everyone!

In Mousesteps Weekly #140, we talk about Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, including the new tiki and the upcoming Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto. We also have some photos taken by a Cast Member friend of the Bora Bora DVC Bungalows! Our next stop is the Magic Kingdom, where we discuss the new Be Our Guest Restaurant breakfast, as well as the newly enhanced Wishes dessert party. We share our view of the Plaza West fireworks viewing. And Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort offers up it’s yearly Easter Egg display!

In Mousesteps Weekly #140, we talk about:

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort new Tiki in the lobby. He was the last piece of the puzzle for the new resort lobby.

Next, we talk about Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto. It was due to soft open this week, though it might not open until April 1st. The Tiki bar is similar to the Disneyland version, but with a 20,000 Leagues overlay. The most expensive drink appears to be $52 with a submarine vessel included.

Cast Members were able to preview the DVC Bora Bora Bungalows at the resort. We were fortunate to have a Cast Member friend take some photos for us. There are 20 bungalows over the water, with 2 bedrooms and a living area.

Our next stop is the Magic Kingdom, where hub work continues. We take a peek at the former Rose Garden, which has been demolished for the expansion.

Last week, we talked about Wishes viewing from the East side of the Hub. A few days ago, we went to the West side. Some things have changed, the Fastpass+ here is still in testing. We talk about our Main Street Electrical Parade view as well as our view of Celebrate the Magic and Wishes.

Our last stop is at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. The beautiful chocolate Easter egg display is now out! This is the 4th year for the display, which this year has brought back the Elsa egg (as well as some other former favorites), and many new ones. New and worthy this year are a Cinderella’s golden coach egg and a replica of the penguin fountain in Disney’s Grand Floridian Villas.
