Unlike some of the last shows, Mousesteps Weekly #162 is about happenings across Walt Disney World property and not just one event. Duffy ended his 5 year run at Epcot with Daisy Duck replacing him. Disney’s Hollywood Studios is getting ready for the Osborne Lights and the Star Wars Launch Bay. We interview Aladdin’s Linda Larkin (the voice of Jasmine), who is also a Disney Legend about her role – one that she has now been playing for nearly 25 years. And we end at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at the newly named Disney Springs. Watch the show and then read below for more information!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where we hadn’t been in a few weeks. The Chinese Theater looks lovely without the stage in the way! There is an elevated stage area that looks much better than what had been here.
Next, we check out the Star Wars Launch Bay progress. It is scheduled to open in December.
We take a look in One Man’s Dream, where “The Good Dinosaur” previews are scheduled to begin soon.
Our last stop at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the Osborne Light progress. This will be the last year for the popular holiday attraction.
We head to Epcot, where Duffy the Disney Bear made his last appearance as a regular meet & greet character. The next day, Daisy Duck was there to take his place. And we found a ShellieMay book in Mouse Gear that day.
We spoke with Disney Legend Linda Larkin about her role as Princess Jasmine in “Aladdin”. She talked about working with Robin Williams and her reaction on being inducted into the Disney Legends.
Last, we head to Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at the newly named Disney Springs. We highly recommend the food and drink here, with appetizers that are often meal portion size. It is situated between Paradiso 37 and The BOATHOUSE restaurants.
