August Burger of the Month at The Edison Disney Springs is the Brat Burger

Each month, The Edison at Disney Springs offers a Burger of the Month. The August Burger of the Month is the Brat Burger, and below we have a photo of it along with information on the burger itself and its pairings. The Edison makes a delicious hamburger and I rarely have better French fries on Walt Disney World property than what are served here.
The Brat Burger is The Edison’s signature blend of sirloin, shortrib, brisket and smoked bacon, topped with juicy links of Unibroue beer-braised bratwurst, sauteed onions and a spicy spread of mustard.
The suggested pairing is with Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier, a golden-yellow and perfectly crafted German wheat beer that will accompany the bratwurst, onions and mustard in true German fashion.
Also available is the Sin-Namon Spiced Apple: Sip the dangerously delicious flavors of apple and vanilla.
The Edison is located in The Landing area of Disney Springs, just up the bridge from the West Side. Lunch and dinner can be very different experiences and guests must be 21+ to enter after 10:00 p.m. Menus and more information can be found here.
