160 Former & Current Disneyland Paris Cast Members Celebrate “The Wonderful World of Disney Parade” in Fun Video

Hi everyone!

This past week, Mat Davies posted a fantastic video with 160 former and current Disneyland Paris Cast Members performing to “The Wonderful World of Disney Parade”. I watched this parade on my first Disneyland Paris trip in 2002 during the week of the 10th anniversary celebration. The song from the parades is still one of my favorites, “Dancin’ (A Catchy Rhythm)”. It was later used briefly during an Epcot character cavalcade on a double decker bus around World Showcase. I have already watched this a number of times. Mat says about the video, “22 years after its debut, and 14 years since the final outing, over 160 former Disneyland Paris castmembers, now living all over the world, have dusted off their dancing shoes to present, for one more time, THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF DISNEY PARADE!

One of the things I love about Disneyland Paris is how international it is – performers likely come from all over Europe, the UK, the U.S. and more. Here is the video, with a little more information about the parade afterwards.

The song “Dancin’ (A Catchy Rhythm)” was produced by Jay Smith and Vasile Sirli for the parade. I bought the CD single during my visit and I think I still have it. The parade ran on and off from 2002 through early 2007. You can find out more about the parade here.

Thanks to Mat for putting together such a fantastic video!
