Disney Park and Resort Photo Updates

Epcot France Expansion Photo Update from December 7th, 2020

Hi everyone!

I rode the Disney Skyliner one-way yesterday to Disney’s Hollywood Studios from the Epcot International Gateway and took some photos of the France expansion. It was a bit of a rainy day and the photos reflect that.

There is no confirmed date yet for the France expansion and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure to open – just a year, 2021.

Here is a look at France from the International Gateway.

Imagineers were painting designs on the wall here.

There is artwork on another wall (I’ve shown the rats in the fence several times previously).

I had walked to Epcot from Disney’s Hollywood Studios in the rain and decided on the Skyliner back.

The design is being added to the left hand wall here.

La Crêperie de Paris looks so close to finished. This will be a table service restaurant and will include counter service as well.

The street lamps were on, and the walkways look nearly finished.

A merchandise cart was added recently.

I took this photo a few days back of the cart. There is also a hotel sign next to it, and there are other signs being added around the expansion (some we have shown previously).

The flowers in the windows brighten up a grey day.

Disney added the Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure sign weeks ago.

Here are more photos from yesterday, and I expect to be taking photos on a prettier day next week.

Spaceship Earth can be seen in the distance here.

I am looking forward to the expansion opening and hope it will be early in 2021! I will be sharing more photos next week.
