Souvenirs de France at Epcot Offers New Display of French Merchandise Including Jams and Ratatouille Cream

Hi everyone!

We were at Epcot on Friday and I noticed a new merchandise display in the Souvenirs de France shop outside Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie. The merchandise is all authentic French items, not Disney themed like some of the recent merchandise has been. Some of the items are imported by The French Farm, it is noted on the bottom of the olive oil.

I was asked what Ratatouille Cream was and I looked it up on The French Farm – “This smooth cream puts all the fresh flavors of ratatouille at your fingertips without the fuss of making it yourself. Have appetizers out for unexpected guests in minutes by simply spreading Ratatouille Cream over a toasted baguette or crackers, then serve with red, white or sparkling wine, it goes with anything! For dinner, top grilled chicken or fish with a dollop of Ratatouille Cream and serve alongside steamed asparagus for a healthy, elegant meal.” This is from L’Epicurien.

There are jam sets from L’Epicurien.

Next to the jam set is Nicolas Alziari olive oil. The olive oil is $36.99 at the shop.

The olive oil gets good reviews online. I was able to find it on Amazon as well.

There is an Eiffel Tower “La Grande Dame” cheese grater.

I found it interesting that the prices often included a comma, like in France.

One thing I love in France is specialty sugar cubes. These are hearts that sit on the edge of cups.

The price is $21.99 for a box.

There are also sugar cubes with Paris icons on them including the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe.

There are a variety of items that say “Chef de Cuisine” from France. Not the ball caps on the right hand side, those are World Showcase caps.

The items are basic souvenirs that you might find at a grocery store like Auchan (my favorite) in France.

There are mugs, oven mitts and a few other items.

There are also cheese plates and some sort of lazy Susan.

Here is a look at one of the plates.

The set of 4 cheese plates is $34.99.

The cheese lazy Susan is $29.99.

There are a few other items as well. It is a fun display of French merchandise that links in with the Ratatouille theme. Merchandise does change pretty regularly in the Epcot World Showcase shops so you never know what you might find!
