“Ratatouille” Chocolate Sculpture on Display at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort

Hi everyone!

Disney’s Grand Floridian Cafe has a fun Ratatouille chocolate sculpture with Remy and Emile displayed! The restaurant at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort has offered a variety of chocolate sculptures since opening, but we haven’t been inside to see one until now. And just FYI, there will be an Easter chocolate egg display in the resort this year – it is nice to see seasonal offerings return. Here is a look at the display!

We have a video in addition to the photos:

Remy is in the case with a bottle of Gusteau’s champagne, grapes and cheese (I assume all made of chocolate).

The chocolate sculpture is hand-decorated by the talented team at the Grand Floridian Bakery.

Remy wears his chef’s hat. Ratatouille is my favorite animated movie and I look forward to the Epcot expansion coming later this year.

He has a cute smile.

Here is a look from above.

From the back, you can see Remy’s tail.

The grapes and cheese look really lifelike.

Emile is sitting down, eating cheese.

Check out those feet!

A baguette and olives sit on the other side of Emile.

The Gusteau’s bottle features the chef.

At Disneyland Paris, there is both the Ratatouille ride (Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy) and the popular Bistrot Chez Rémy, which is a really wonderfully themed restaurant. This display reminds me a bit of it.

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort has such a talented team creating these works of art. I can’t wait to see what is new for the Easter Egg display this year!
