New Jungle Cruise Experience to Open at Disneyland Park July 16th and Magic Kingdom This Summer

The Disneyland Jungle Cruise will reopen July 16, 2021 after being updated to welcome new characters from around the world. Michael Ramirez, Public Relations Director at the Disneyland Resort says on the Disney Parks Blog that the Jungle Cruise will have “even more of the humor, wildlife and skipper heart that makes this classic attraction a favorite.” At the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World, work continues on Jungle Cruise while it remains open. Work is scheduled to be finished this summer.

Today, Disneyland shared a behind-the-scenes look at “Trader Sam’s newest venture”. Ramirez says, True to his reputation as the best merchant in the jungle, Trader Sam has found a way to convert the new Lost & Found location into something more profitable for the Jungle Navigation Company Ltd. The Jungle Cruise appears to be going the route of all the best rides – ending with a gift shop!
