Mickey and Minnie 50th Anniversary Topiary Display Revealed at Magic Kingdom

Hi everyone!

There is now a topiary display with Mickey, Minnie and a 50th Anniversary cake in front of the Magic Kingdom! We stopped by today and found the characters out front. The World’s Most Magical Celebration kicks off on October 1st, 2021 and runs for 18 months. Here is a look at the new display!

Our video encompasses the topiary display, gold character statues and 50th Anniversary wrapped Monorail Gold.

Mickey is wearing a gold bow tie and Minnie a gold bow on top of her head.

The cake features a “50” and a candle. The swag and “jewels” are like what you can find on Cinderella Castle right now.

In the background, the “50” in front of the Main Street Train Station can be seen.

Here is a look from another angle.

The railing around them is also painted gold.

Minnie looks at the cake.

We are only a couple of weeks away from the start of the celebration!

We will post more about The World’s Most Magical Celebration in the coming weeks, including about the new monorail wrap, sculptures and much more. And we are also posting vintage articles from Jeff’s archives as we look back on the 50 years that has led to this celebration.

The new monorail wrap is on Monorail Gold and features Mickey, Minnie and Chip & Dale. We will share more of it tomorrow.
