A Look at More Amazing Chalk Art During EPCOT International Festival of the Arts 2022

Hi everyone!

Here is a look at some of the chalk art yesterday at EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. It is different each time we stop by and I always enjoy seeing what the artists are working on. The day was perfect for viewing the artwork, with an overcast sky that allowed the chalk art to be seen without shadows from the fence.

Leigh had chalked a number of Disney characters, including Rapunzel.

Leigh’s Winnie the Pooh looks Britto inspired.

Leigh was working on characters from the The Artistocats, in particular Marie when we stopped by.

Next to her, there was a Ratatouille piece of art. Leigh handles almost all the Disney character art, except for 3D artist Nate Baranowski.

Remy holds a carrot.

She also created artwork of Joe Gardner from Soul

3D artist Nate (from Chicago) was working on this Moana art. It takes several days to create the 3D artwork, so we saw it about midway through the process.

Hei Hei is at the top of the design, standing on a rope.

Moana and Maui are below. I don’t know if I’ll get to see the fully complete art this week.

Other chalk artists were out as well.

National Geographic artwork is new this year.

One artists’s take on The Starry Night from Van Gogh.

Other artwork includes American Gothic and the Statue of Liberty.

EPCOT International Festival of the Arts runs through February 21st, 2022. I look forward to sharing more about the festival over the next two weeks! The chalk art is one of my favorite aspects, the artists are so talented.
