TRON Lightcycle Run Construction Update from April 16th, 2022 at Magic Kingdom

Hi everyone!

We took a ride on the People Mover Saturday to check out the TRON Lightcycle Run construction. We just missed the TRON coaster testing (that would have been cool to see!). While we were on the People Mover, there was no sign of any activity at the site. Here is a look at photos and video from Saturday!

The TRON canopy is nearly finished and the train tunnel walls have been painted black (at least for now).

There is no date announced yet for TRON Lightcycle Run at the Magic Kingdom, but the progress seems quick and it’s exciting that testing is happening. Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind opens on May 27th at EPCOT, it will be interesting to see how long it will be until TRON opens.
