Tour of Disney Wish Stateroom #7072 (Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah)

Hi everyone!

We were invited to a media preview of the Disney Wish, which is the fifth ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet. The Inaugural sailing is July 14th, 2022!  There are 1254 staterooms on the Disney Wish, and we were in Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah #7072. Here is a look at the stateroom in photos and our video tour!

The hallway carpet featured “Frozen” and “Cinderella” patterns in the form of snowflakes and pumpkins.

Cinderella’s carriage is on the light fixtures overhead in the hallway.

This stateroom sign features Cinderella’s carriage.

The sign on the door features stars.

An envelope held our Key to the World cards and we were assigned Assembly Station J. Our muster was done on our own.

Here is our video, followed by more photos!

The stateroom is approximately 284 square feet, which is about 40 square feet more than the regular Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah.

This is the first time I have had the larger stateroom, it felt very spacious.

The bed runner says “Wish”.

Here is a look at the pattern in the sheet.

The lamp features at least one hidden Mickey.

The artwork behind the bed features Olaf and Sven. The room is “Frozen” themed as far as the artwork.

To the right, there is a great location for working, along with some shelf space, small drawers and the beverage cooler.

We were given an Inaugural Disney Wish bag, which was able to sit in the space. There were four glasses.

This looked like a drawer but pulled out as a beverage cooler. The bottle inside is a half Champagne bottle.

Artwork of Olaf is on the wall.

Looking back, there is a pull-out couch to the right.

Over the couch is artwork of Elsa and Anna.

There are some shelves and a pull-down bed.

The television is on the wall.

Bathrobes were in the closet along with some hangers.

There is a safe in the closet as well.

Most staterooms have a split bathroom, which is a terrific feature that the Disney Cruise Line is known for. This bathroom has a bathtub/shower and there are H20 products to use. There is also a sink.

H20 products to use are the H20+ Sea Marine shampoo, conditioner, and Sea Salt body wash.

In the bathroom, there is also H20+ body lotion.

A design with the Disney Cruise Line logo was on a bathroom door.

The other bathroom has the toilet. The split bathroom is very convenient for couples and families needing to get ready.

Towels include the Disney Cruise Line logo.

There is a curtain divider if needing privacy.

And I love to spend a lot of time on the balcony – we didn’t have much time for it during this trip, but I look forward to it when we return on our own next month.

There is nothing like watching a beautiful sunset from a stateroom verandah. I have sailed 7 or 8 times with Disney Cruise Line since 1998 and have always had a verandah.

At night, towel animals with chocolate met us when we returned.

With just two of us in the room, the Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah was definitely a luxury in terms of the extra room. I look forward to seeing how the stateroom we usually stay in (the Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah) compares when sailed in so close together.

Disney invited us to sail on the Disney Wish for the media preview, all views are ours.
