Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort Gingerbread House Now Being Constructed for 2022 Holiday Season

Hi everyone!

Construction on Disney’s Grand Floridian Gingerbread House is now underway. The house itself is currently being built and then it will be decorated with gingerbread and much more.

There is still a Halloween floral arrangement that welcomes guests to the resort, even as the house is being constructed in the back.

Workers are putting it together this morning. You can see what the house looks like when complete in our article from last year. The house also serves as a place to purchase gingerbread and other holiday treats when it is open.

Disney’s Beach Club Resort already has its Gingerbread Carousel up, and I’ll post photos of that by tomorrow. We were there yesterday and even bought our first gingerbread of the season.

There is no sign posted yet to tell guests when Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort Gingerbread House will open. It opened last year on November 10th.
