TRON Lightcycle Run Photos and Video From December 1st, 2022 at the Magic Kingdom

Hi everyone!

We were at the Magic Kingdom yesterday and took photos and video of TRON Lightcycle Run, which is scheduled to open in Spring 2023. We didn’t see any testing of the Walt Disney World Railroad, but I plan to be back on Tuesday and at least another day in the upcoming week. The ride vehicles were testing both during the day and at night during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

Here is a look at our video first, and then photos!

We made one pass of the TRON site in the afternoon. The landscaping has changed since our last visit.

The ride vehicles were cycling constantly as they often have been in the last few months.

Even at dusk, the blue was very visible.

Next we are passing by the landscaping.

And here is a view of the train tracks. It is hard to believe we are getting close to the Walt Disney World Railroad coming back!

TRON adds a lot of energy to Tomorrowland, as you can see in this photo with the PeopleMover in the foreground and TRON ride vehicles in the back.

We are passing the Tomorrowland Light & Power Co.
