Fuente del Oro Restaurant at Disneyland Paris Closed for Refurbishment Through Summer 2023

Hi everyone!

Fuente del Oro restaurant has been closed at Disneyland Paris since late 2022 for a major refurbishment, and has a reopening scheduled now for Summer 2023 (updated 6/13 from scheduled opening June timeframe). I took photos of what the area looks like currently, including artwork and posters on the walls around the restaurant. From what I understand, part of the terrace will be enclosed. I don’t know more than that as far as the refurbishment.

Fuente del Oro has traditionally served up Tex-Mex food like fajitas, but then it became a bar with frozen margaritas and snacks. I don’t know what the menu will be like when it reopens.  The counter service location is located in Frontierland, across from the entrance to Big Thunder Mountain.

Here are photos from last week!

Mickey, Minnie and Pete are on artwork along the wall.

There is a themed scrim that is really nicely done.

Signage tells guests the area is being refurbished. There were quite a few walls up at Disneyland Paris during our trip, and in Frontierland there are walls up at Big Thunder Mountain as well (the ride is scheduled to reopen on April 1st, 2023).

A couple of attraction posters are on the walls, including for the Molly Brown and Mark Twain.

This great Phantom Manor attraction poster also sits on a wall.

The name of Fuente del Oro is on the scrim here.

We will post more about Fuente del Oro when information is announced!
