Summer House on the Lake Construction Update at Disney Springs from August 13th, 2023

Hi everyone!

Summer House on the Lake is scheduled to open at the West Side of Disney Springs sometime in 2023. I was at Disney Springs yesterday and took some photos of the construction. Windows are now being added to the restaurant!

New since my last update, you can see the windows that are being installed.

Summer House on the Lake will serve lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, with a menu that features “garden-fresh foods and seasonal Florida ingredients”. There will also be an in-house bakery, and The Cookie Jar will be a “dessert-focused market” with freshly baked cookies and house-made pastries, cocktails, wine and beer to go.

I walked around the building for more photos.

There is a wooden frame here that is new since I last photographed the location. We are at Disney Springs a lot this summer and it is nice to see Summer House on the Lake shaping up.
