We are at the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party for 2023, and we arrived early to the front gate so we could meet Jack Skellington (as Sandy Claws) and Sally before the Party started. It worked out well for us today! We arrived a little before 3:00 p.m. to the Magic Kingdom and were let in at about 3:50 p.m., and then headed to Town Square Theater.
Here is our video of Jack and Sally, followed by photos from today.
When we arrived, there was no wait time yet noted on the Town Square Theater sign.
We entered the line at 3.52 p.m. and were told Sally might not be there, but she was! Jack and. Sally started meeting at about 4:10 p.m. and we met them at 4:30 p.m. When we were in the lobby, guests were being told it would be a 2 hour wait at the end of the line. But, later in the evening there were short waits (15 minutes and less), which was not the case when we met them during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Jack and Sally do not sign autographs, but they do have a souvenir autograph card. It looks like all autograph cards were refreshed this year!

Our PhotoPass photos came out a bit dark.
In the shop, you can see a Jack Skellington Sandy Claws nuiMOs in a teacup.
It was really nice to get to meet Jack and Sally for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party again! We met Jack and Sally, as well as Pooh and friends, before Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party officially started. But the wait times were reasonable for Jack and Sally later in the evening, especially during Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade (and probably during fireworks as well).
We were hosted tonight for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, we have tickets purchased on our own for next week. We both have been attending the party for about 30 years – all views are ours.
