Disney Park and Resort Photo Updates

(Photos) Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort DVC Construction Update from December 27th, 2023

Hi everyone!

We were at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort today and I took some photos of the construction on the Disney Vacation Club tower. I believe the DVC tower is still scheduled to open later in 2024 and the construction is moving swiftly. Our last update was on November 4th and so much has changed already.

Here are photos of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort DVC tower from today!

The building is being painted brown. Quite a bit of the exterior in this section is being worked on.

Here is a closer look at it.

To the left, no painting has happened yet.

Here is a look at the Disney Vacation Club tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort from the boat dock. It gives an idea of size.

There is also a steel frame that has been built.

I am not sure what this circular frame is for yet.

Here is a look at concept art of the building.

Here is a longer shot that includes the steel frame.

The building is much larger than the Wedding Pavilion at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort.

From the monorail, the tower rises above the trees.

Jeff also took some photos a few days back of the other side from the monorail. We did not have a chance to do it today, so here are a few of those pictures.

What do you think about Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort DVC Tower?

Will bring you more photos soon from the construction, in the next couple of weeks.
