Disney’s Polynesian Resort DVC Tower Construction Update From April 10th, 2024
Hi everyone!
We have photos of Disney’s Polynesian Resort DVC tower construction from yesterday! The tower has progressed quite a bit since our last update, still with a projected opening for late 2024.
I took photos from Floridian Way; from the boat on Seven Seas Lagoon; and from the monorail.
Here are pictures from yesterday!
The first few photos were taken as we drove to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort for the 1900 Park Fare dinner. 1900 Park Fare reopened yesterday after a number of years closed.
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort DVC Tower will offer additional rooms, new recreation offerings and dining options.
Scaffolding is still seen on the building.
We took the boat from Disney’s Grand Floridian to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort for a different view.
The tower looks very large beyond Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort’s Wedding Pavilion.
A lot of the painting on this side looks complete.
In the concept art, this looks to be a restaurant or bar.
Here is a look at the concept art.
Here are more photos from the boat before heading onto the monorail.
From the monorail, the Polynesian DVC Tower pool construction is visible.
And here is a look at the Polynesian DVC Tower from a similar angle as to when we were driving on Floridian Way, but without the monorail beam in the way.
We’ll be posting a new update in a few weeks!
What do you think about the Polynesian Village DVC Tower so far?
