The figure is part of the Disney Traditions Collection by Jim Shore and is one of several new Jim Shore attraction figures that were added today.

The Haunted Mansion Organ Player Glow-in-the-Dark Figure by Jim Shore
The happy haunts have received your sympathetic vibrations and are beginning to materialize to the hypnotic playing of our Haunted Mansion organist. They’re assembling for a swinging wake–and to admire this fully sculpted glow-in-the-dark figurine with folk art motifs by Jim Shore.
Created especially for Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort
From a balcony overlooking the grand ballroom, guests peer down into the Ballroom of the Grand Hall to see some of the ethereal lodgers of The Haunted Mansion partaking in a ghostly birthday party. A spirited specter seated at the pipe organ entertains the waltzing apparitions and otherworldly diners. Several ghoulish, banshee heads float out of the pipe organ like visible musical notes.
Now, inspired by this spirited entertainer and pipe organ, renowned folk artist Jim Shore designed this sculpted piece including the artist’s characteristic patterning, embellishments, and stylings.
