Raya Making Debut at Disney California Adventure Today for Lunar New Year

The Lunar New Year celebration returns today to the Disneyland Resort! Raya from “Raya and the Last Dragon” makes her debut at Disney California Adventure as part of the celebration. Disney says that guests can find her “under the forest canopy in Redwood Creek Challenge Trail“. Lunar New Year at Disney California Adventure runs from Jan. 21 through Feb. 13, 2022.

Guests can encounter the heroic Raya from Raya and the Last Dragon during Lunar New Year at Disney California Adventure Park, returning Jan. 21 through Feb. 13, 2022. This celebration commemorates traditions of Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese cultures. Disney also says, “At the Paradise Gardens Gazebo, guests may spot Tigger, Mulan and Mushu, Mickey and Minnie, and the Three Little Pigs – all dressed in festive attire.”

Lunar New Year is one event that I have not experienced at the Disneyland Resort and it always looks like a terrific time.
