10/25 Be Our Guest Restaurant Quick Service Menu Photos and Prices, New Fantasyland

Hi everyone!

Our friends Daniel and Corinne Andersson went to a Cast Preview of New Fantasyland today, and the menu for the Be Our Guest quick service (counter service) area was available to look at.

Each Cast Member preview has been different – during the preview we attended, we couldn’t walk through much of the restaurant. Daniel and Corinne took photos and video for us today of each dining room, and we’ll be sharing that by tomorrow.

I’ll list the entrees for Be Our Guest below, along with the photos. It will be interesting to see if the items stay the same over the upcoming year.  I have used the word “ambitious” several times in regards to Be Our Guest entrees – both for the quick service and table service. I hope that guests do embrace a menu that is different than what you’ll otherwise find across property. My other hope? That Pommes Frites aren’t standard Disney fries, though they look like it in the photo! I would have loved to see steak fries instead.

The prices seem very reasonable, especially considering the Grilled Steak Sandwich is $8.79, about the price for a hamburger elsewhere. We will review the food itself as soon as we have the opportunity to do so!

What are your thoughts on the menu? I know I'll be trying the steak and turkey sandwiches. I've never tried any take on the below items when I've visited France, I tend to seek out Italian restaurants when abroad. 🙂 The desserts here do look yummy! I don't know when the Be Our Guest quick-service location will open to those visiting, but dinner reservations are being taken from November 19th on. New Fantasyland officially opens on December 6, 2012.

1 – Tuna Nicoise Salad – Warm Seared Tuna Steak with chilled Green Beans, Potatoes, Olives, Roasted Bell Peppers, Tomatoes and Hard Poached Egg. $10.79

5 – Grilled Steak Sandwich – With Grilled Herb Butter Spread and Pommes Frites.  $8.79

6 – Vegetable Quiche – Mushroom, Zucchini, Bell Pepper, Onion, and Chive Quiche with Baby Lettuce and Champagne Vinaigrette.  $7.19

7 – Braised Pork – Slow-cooked Pork with Vegetables and Bacon with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans Jardiniere.  $9.59

Kid's Meals for Ages 9 and Under

All meals include a choice of small Lowfat Milk or small Dasani Water (Small Minute Maid Juice, small Nestle Nesquick Chocolate Milk, or French Fries substituted on request).

1 – Mickey Meatloaf – Turkey Meatloaf, Broccoli Florets, and Zucchini served with Orange "Stuff" for Dipping.  $6.39

2 – Carved Turkey Sandwich – on Multigrain Bread with Sweet Potato Wedges and Peach Applesauce.  $6.39

3 – Seared Mahi Mahi – with Finger Salad and Peach Applesauce.  $5.59
