Miss Piggy and Kermit Debut as Topiaries to Promote “Muppets Most Wanted” at Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival 2014

Hi everyone!

Kermit and Miss Piggy made their official topiary debut today in advance of the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, which opens on March 5th, 2014. They are there to promote the film “Muppets Most Wanted”, which arrives in theaters on March 21!

The  Epcot Flower & Garden map and Garden Passport that will be available next Wednesday.

Most topiaries at the Festival are now in place, with Kermit and Miss Piggy arriving this morning. They are located between Germany and Italy, and are sitting on their suitcases at the Bahnof Train Station.

Miss Piggy has long eyelashes!

Kermit holds his banjo.

I used the Color Sketch setting for this photo.

And miniaturized Kermit and Miss Piggy in this one.

Miss Piggy has little accents on her shoes, and a ring on her finger.

Here is a video look at the topiary display:

The day before the characters arrived, the Bahnof Train Station backdrop was waiting for them. The posters were easier to see at that time.

We had a very cloudy day yesterday, but today couldn’t have been more beautiful! This will be our 8th year covering the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival, we’ll have a full photo and video update on March 6th! If you have never been at this time of year, it is absolutely my favorite event at Walt Disney World. Our next Mousesteps Weekly YouTube Show will be all about the Festival! Follow us on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook under Mousesteps. There is so much to see and do! Will you be going?
