Artegon Orlando Offers Open House on July 15th: Looking for Unique Tenants for Marketplace

Hi everyone!

As the official October opening of Artegon Orlando (formerly Festival Bay Mall) draws closer, the mall is still holding open house events for unique tenants – including craftspeople, artists, and small businesses looking for an affordable way to sell their merchandise.

If you are unfamiliar with Artegon Orlando, the company purchased Festival Bay Mall a few years ago. This is a mall that already included Sheplers, Fuddruckers, Ron John and Cinemark Theaters. These have been strong anchor tenants while the mall has been redesigned. New anchor tenants are coming, including Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill, The Berghoff, Revolutions Eat Drink Rock and Bowl, and Radbourne Skatepark.

What Artegon is creating inside the mall is a marketplace that is inspired by Boston’s Faneuil Hall and other similar marketplace concepts from around the world. And don’t miss the free seminar, The Business of Art: Turning Your Passion To Profits on July 29th at Artegon Orlando!

Here is information on the open house event on Tuesday, July 15th – but I expect there will be several more before the mall opens in October. Follow Artegon Orlando at their website and on Facebook for continued news on the progress of the mall.

We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday, July 15, at 6:00 p.m. for our FREE open house event! Join us at our International Drive Location right across from the Orlando Premium Outlets to see your retail opportunities at our new attraction: 5250 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.

Please just follow the signs around the right side of the construction project to the back side of the building to reach the open house entrance. You can save your seat, get more location details and learn more about this event by calling or emailing the retail executives hosting this event:
