Epcot’s Das Kaufhaus Shop Moves From Sportswear to Lederhosen & Dirndls; More Germany Store Changes

Hi everyone!

Das Kaufhaus at the Germany pavilion has moved away from being a longtime sportswear shop and is now offering German clothing and accessories including lederhosen and dirndls – much of the clothing is from Ernst Licht. The rest of this side of the Germany pavilion shops has seen changes as well. Some of the sportswear is still around but has moved. Here are photos from this past week!

The clothes – include lederhosen – come in both adult and child sizes.

There is quite a bit of clothing for women here now.

One side of the shop is for women.

Here are a couple of the dresses (dirndls).

There are also purses and other accessories.

This area has dresses for girls.

Here are a few of them.

Ernst Licht also carries earrings, including these beer stein earings.

The Volkskunst shop currently has a handful of sportswear items – and clocks as usual.

The German candy and other grocery type goods area is the same.

Der Teddybar still has toys but also some of the t-shirts that were in Volkskunst previously – plus some new ones.

Here is a look at some Disney branded Germany items, not just t-shirts but mugs too.

There are also Steiff Disney characters.

Goofy. There is also a Mickey Mouse with teddy bear.

Other toys are here as usual.

It will be interesting to see if German clothing is a big seller here, sportswear had been there for quite some time. The changes were made a few weeks back, I often swing through the World Showcase shops and this was one of the bigger changes I’ve seen in them lately.
